Friendly front counter staff.

Room was not cleaned. Moved us across the hall, not much better. No hot water.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, dirty and no hot water. Went to check out in the morning to complain and waited for 20 minutes and nobody showed. Threw my keys behind the counter and departed.

Friendly staff.

It has no pool, hot tub, restaurant, or bar.

It is actually located downtown, unlike this midtown Best Western. It also has a pool, huge hot tub, and a beautiful restaurant and bar.

They were remodeling several parts was OK, didn't bother.

Good facility, convenient to downtown but does require a drive. Unlike downtown hotels parking is not an extra charge. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
